Brad Sucks is one of my favorite things to listen to right now. As a leader of the open source movement, his music has always been available for free, though he’s able to make a living as a musician through licensing agreements and fan donations. This was a super-fun interview… he opens up to me about dropping out of school and pursuing his career as a musician.
Artist Profile: Yaron Steinberg
I also wrote this for Pork and Mead. Yaron Steinberg is an Israeli artist whose Brain City sculpture is constructed out of cardboard boxes, and will be on display at museums around Europe in the coming year.

This is a short feature I wrote for Pork and Mead Magazine about the visual artist Michael McConnell, who expresses his repressed childhood through images of animal heads on children’s bodies.
